The 2021 China International Fair for Trade in Services will be held in early September this year in Beijing, with the holding venues at China National Convention Center and Shougang Industrial Park. 2021 CIFTIS: New Highlights
2021 CIFTIS will provide an area of about 126,000 square meters for exhibition, and over 100 forums and conferences, promotional business talks and other events will be held. The event will cover both online and offline channels based on the CIFTIS Digital Platform with foreign guests and exhibitors invited mainly to online events, while domestic entities participating in mainly offline events.
Key events include the Global Trade in Services Summit.
Forums and conferences will be held by ways of summit forums, brand-themed forums and industry conferences. With respect to summit forums, events will be held around topics such as innovation-driven development of trade in services and investment facilitation, during which dialogues and exchanges will be carried out from the perspectives of deepening trade in services and investment cooperation and accelerating international cooperation in the digital field, to fuel the improvement of global economic governance and further the inclusive growth of the world economy. A number of brand-themed forums centering on 8 themes, namely, services related to telecommunication, computer and information, finance, culture and tourism, education, sports, supply chain and business, engineering consulting and construction as well as health and hygiene, will be held, focusing on hot topics and development trends in various thematic fields, promoting the formation of marked achievements leading the development of trade in services, and energizing the growth drivers. With respect to industrial conferences, discussions and exchanges will be made on hot topics in the service sector, such as digital economy and digital trade development, intellectual property protection, industrial Internet, service industry opening-up and construction of free trade zones, to lead the development of the industry.
For better experience in exhibition and display, 1 comprehensive and 8 themed exhibitions will be held.
1. Comprehensive exhibitions will be held in the China National Convention Center, with a digital service area and areas defined by countries & regions, provinces, autonomous regions and cities, and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan set up. The countries & regions exhibitions, provincial, autonomous region and municipal exhibitions and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan exhibitions will be for image display, which are mainly to demonstrate the characteristic advantages and the latest achievements in trade in services of relevant countries & regions, provinces, autonomous regions and cities and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of China, with guests of honor country and guests of honor province set up. In the digital service area, visitors will expect the latest forefront progress, achievements and applications of digital service.
2. Themed exhibitions will be held at Shougang Industrial Park, with themed enterprise exhibitions covering services related to telecommunication, computer and information, finance, culture and tourism, education, sports, supply chain and business, engineering consulting and construction as well as health and hygiene set up.
